MSCA Conference Covering All MSCA Calls
The call for Horizon Europe Marie S. Curie Field Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships - PF), which opens every year in spring and closes in autumn, was opened this year by the European Commission on April 23, 2024; It is planned to close on September 11, 2024. Within the scope of this call, researchers from all over the world with doctoral degrees are offered the opportunity to travel internationally and, if desired, inter-sectorally/interdisciplinary for research purposes. Thus, it is aimed to support their career development. Individual project proposals to be submitted by PhD researchers from all research fields, without any subject limitation, are supported by the European Commission. TÜBİTAK EU Framework Programs National Coordination Office is organizing an online "MSCA 2024 Calls Conference" with the participation of speakers from the European Commission - Research Executive Agency (REA), with the participation of speakers from the European Commission - Research Executive Agency (REA), in a way that will cover in detail the MSCA - PF call, as well as other calls under MSCA. In the project proposal to be written, it is expected that a researcher who has earned their doctorate as of the closing date of the call and, except in exceptional circumstances, has a maximum of 8 years of research experience after their doctorate physically goes to/comes from a research institution in a country where they have not been present for more than 12 months in the last 3 years, and conducts their research within the scope of the project proposal for a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 months. Therefore, when preparing the project proposal, an agreement between 1 researcher and 1 research institution is required; it is also necessary for another experienced researcher from the research institution to support the implementation of the project as an advisor. In the event of writing a project proposal to go to a country outside Europe (such as the USA, Canada, or Japan), due to the condition of returning to Europe for 12 months (the duration may extend up to 36 months), the project proposal must be written with 1 researcher and 2 research institutions.
