EIG CONCERT Japan 2020 Call

Within the scope of EIG CONCERT Japan 2020 Call, which is an independent platform aiming to develop scientific and technological cooperation between Europe and Japan, a joint cooperation call entitled " Information and Communications Technology for Resilient, Safe and Secure Society" has been opened.

Objectives of Call:

• Disaster prevention and mitigation, including initial disaster response and rescue processes,

• New social design and infrastructure, such as population aging, urbanization and rural population reduction,

• Cyber security, including prevention and recovery from cyber attacks, taking into account the post-quantum period,

• Social issues such as ethics and privacy concerns in the digital community, including the impact of fake news,

• Role in artificial intelligence and decision making processes and in wider society,

• Energy, resource and food safety,

Flexible and secure systems specific to the hardware.

 

Application Requirements:

The international consortium to submit a project (provided that it is from the funding countries) must consist of at least 2 European and 1 Japanese partners. Providing this minimum requirement, partners from countries not included in the call may be included in the consortium with a commitment to meet their own funds, if desired.

 

Project Duration: Up to 36 months

Project Budget: Up to 720.000 TL
