Applications Call for Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027

The application process for the second call for proposals of the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme has started.

Governorships, district governorships, provincial and regional directorates, municipalities, provincial special administrations, development agencies/administrations/unions, chambers, commodity exchanges, cooperatives, universities, research centers, institutes, state owned schools, foundations, associations, unions and other NGOs who are located in the mentioned provinces can apply to the call under the programme.

Within the scope of the call, projects with a budget range between 250.000 EUR and 500.000 EUR and without construction/infrastructure investment will be classified as small-scale projects and projects with a budget range between 501.000 EUR and 1.500.000 EUR and including construction/infrastructure investment will be classified as standard projects.

Budget: 52 million Euro

Project Duration: 18-30 months

Deadline: June 28, 2024

According to the partnership conditions of the call, at least 1 EU member country and at least 1 non-EU country among the programme countries must be included in the project partnership to be developed in project applications in both categories. Partnerships can be established with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 institutions and organizations in small-scale projects and a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 institutions and organizations in standard projects.
